Constructing Minds was founded in 2017, however, the knowledge, skills and experience to provide training to Canada’s construction industry has been gleaned over a span of more than 40 years. 40 years, that is, of direct “boots on the ground” experience - building on the job sites of numerous projects delivered under many different contract delivery types. This is what sets Constructing Minds apart from other trainers, actual construction experience, we have walked in the trainees’ steel-toed boots. We are passionate about this challenging yet rewarding industry, we can relate, we know how to construct and we know what tools are required to execute and deliver successful construction projects.
